What exactly are the digital downloads or printables you offer?
We offer digital downloads or printables – these are unique files that you can purchase, download, and print directly from the comfort of your home, or you can have them printed at a professional printing shop. Our selection ranges from planners, templates, and printables. The beauty of these is you can use them repeatedly for your personal needs once purchased!
How will I receive my purchased digital download?
Upon completion of your purchase, an email containing a download link for your items will be sent to you. Alternatively, you can retrieve your files directly from your account. Just go to the Purchases section located under Your Account, and voila! Your downloadable files await.
What software do I need to use the files?
The software you need depends on the type of file you've purchased. PDF files can be easily opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download for free. JPEGs and PNGs are compatible with most image viewing software, including the default ones on your device like Microsoft Photos or Apple Preview. Some files, however, may necessitate specific software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
Digital Planners require Goodnotes.
Can I request a custom digital download?

Am I allowed to sell the printables after I print them?
Generally, our digital downloads are designed for personal use and not for resale. However, some items may offer commercial licenses for an additional charge. If you're planning to use the design for commercial purposes, ensure you read the product description thoroughly or feel free to ask us. My download link hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If your download link hasn't arrived, kindly check your spam or junk mail folder. If it's not there, please verify if your email address registered is accurate. Your digital files are also accessible from your account. For further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us.
I'm not satisfied with my digital download. Can I return it or ask for a refund?
Because of their nature, we can't offer returns or refunds on digital downloads. However, your satisfaction is our priority, so if you're encountering any issues, please reach out to us. We will do our utmost to resolve any problems you're experiencing.
Why do the colors in my printed version appear different from those on my screen?
Colors may slightly vary due to the discrepancy between different color monitors and printers. Calibration of your screen may alleviate this issue. The quality of your printer and paper can also make a significant difference in your results.
What is the resolution of your digital downloads?
Our digital downloads are mostly high-resolution files, generally at 300dpi, which is optimal for printing.
Am I allowed to share my digital download with a friend or family member?
Unfortunately, sharing files is considered a violation of our digital download policies. When you purchase a digital item, the license is granted exclusively to one user. If your friend or family member is interested in our items, we would greatly appreciate it if they support us by making their own purchase directly.
